Who would have known? The crazy hoops we fling around our dainty hips, the beloved Hula Hoop was once honoured in the National Toy Hall Of Fame at The Strong in Rochester, NY in 1999.
   As crazy as it sounds it's true. The Native American Hoop Dance is literally flinging 30 odd hoops around oneself and shifting in grace to a story, traditionally began Thousands of Years ago.
Author Charles Panati said that there once was a craze for wooden and metal hula hoops back in the 14th century that lasted a long long while...
INTERNATIONAL HULA HOOP DAY was first observed on 7-07-2007 and went on in a circle until 12-12-2012. I sure do wonder how this day wil be furthur observed .
There are a number of world records revolving around these belly-blasters!
Lady Michelle Obama herself Finds hula hooping exhilarating, she certainly did accept so.(I did my homework).
Hooping is used for sliming and toning, and there are trainers out there who teach you to hoop and visuals that help you trim down... who would've know that such playfull things as a hula hoops could have their own little celebrity life too...

What is Oblivion? To those of ya'll wondering out there, its the mere state of being unaware of whats happening around us...
